Terms of use
These terms apply to the SeatingKit wedding seating planner. Wedding Pass terms are approved for launch, but checkout is not open yet.

Service
SeatingKit provides browser-based tools for importing a wedding guest list, arranging a reception room, assigning seats and creating local outputs. Paid checkout and account recovery are not currently offered in the production service.
Wedding Pass
When checkout opens, Wedding Pass will cost USD $19 for one account-owned wedding project. It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, and does not renew automatically. It unlocks every saved guest, account-backed recovery, attribution removal and the approved Wedding Day Print Pack. SeatingKit supplies digital files only; printing and delivery are not included.
Service period and postponements
Paid editing, generation and account recovery will remain available for 24 months from purchase. Repeat edits and downloads for the same wedding are included during that period, subject to documented technical abuse protection. If the same wedding is postponed, request a free reasonable extension before expiry or during the 30-day grace period. Expiry does not delete your browser project or raw guest export.
Refunds
Request a full refund within seven calendar days of purchase, even if you generated a paid file. We also refund duplicate charges, unresolved delivery failures and amounts required by law or the payment provider. A refund ends future paid generation and recovery but does not delete your project or files already saved to your device.
Price, tax and payment providers
The final total, including applicable tax, will be shown before payment. Creem is the Merchant of Record for Creem checkout. PayPal will be offered only where SeatingKit seller and tax requirements are configured. Both payment methods grant the same Wedding Pass.

Email support@seatingkit.com for purchase, refund, postponement or delivery help. We aim to send an initial response within three business days.
Your responsibilities
Only import information you are permitted to use. Review every assignment and exported plan before relying on it, and do not use the service for unlawful, harmful or automated bulk activity.
Local storage and backups
Projects are stored on your device and may be lost if browser storage is cleared, corrupted or unavailable. Keep your own backup by exporting the guest list and finished plan.
Availability
The service may change or be interrupted. To the extent permitted by law, it is provided without warranties and is not a substitute for professional event, accessibility or safety advice.
